What is the Citizen's Reform Center?
The Citizen's Reform Center is a consumer oriented group which is being developed to discuss legal books and theories with the common people to help them make informed decisions regarding the injustices that have been brought upon us by the banking and judicial systems' corrupted practices.
The group is primarily for assisting those who have lost their homes, or are in the midst of losing their homes, or regarding banking and credit accounts in order to educate the people about what is really going on in the banking and judicial systems.
We welcome all kinds of rights oriented groups and all people who have been a victim of wrongdoing. For example, if you believe you have been mishandled by a judge, we want to hear about it.
Thomas Jefferson said, near the time of his death, that the only weak point he could see with the constitution was "who would control them", as they (the government) are free to do whatever they want to do.
In Pennsylvania, and probably many other states, the banking system actually controls the American Bar Association, most of the judges that get those seats are banking supporters, and their main responsibility is to ramrod the people into bankruptcy in order to protect the government from debt. They judge almost 100% of the time in favor of the banks, and the banks typically have no documented evidence to state whether or not they ever even performed as stated in their agreement.
In the state of Colorado, on Monday, August 14th, 2006, a case took place. There was no judge. The court reporter stood up, ordered the defendant to go into a small room adjacent to the courtroom and instructed them to negotiate a payment plan with the debt collector. When they went into the room, the debt collector said "I don't care how many exhibits you have, who is your expert witness, they won't even be allowed because the judge is on my side. If you do not settle this count, I will seek to it that you pay me all of my court costs, legal fees and etc."
The courts themselves are being used as debt collectors by the banks, and their main duty is to rob the property of the American people and give it to the fraudulent system and the courts are the tool they use to do so.
What type of justice do you expect to have out of this kind of system?
It's no different in America than it is in the Soviet Union. They all preach that they are honest, providing a fair trial, etc., but the bottom line is this - the whole deal is already pre-arranged and the outcome has already been decided, the trial is nothing but a dog and pony show to give the appearance of honesty and legitimacy... It's all corrupt and pre-arranged and in some cases the judges even receive a kickback on some of the judgements they make.
Case in point, in the Gettysburg Times, a Pennsylvania newspaper, it clearly states in the foreclosure section that the sheriff's office receives 20% commission on all foreclosures.
"AS SOON AS THE PROPERTY IS DECLARED SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER 20% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR ALL OF THE COST, WHICHEVER MAY BE THE HIGHER, SHALL BE PAID FORTHWITH TO THE SHERIFF." (link to article)
The courts create their own rules because they know they are all committing fraud, and therefore, they protect one another. When the lawyer represents the debt collector, they do what it takes to win for the system, which is an injustice to the people.
These are the same judges and bankers that take up the front pews in your churches, they are the ones destroying the basic fabric of this country, not in the name of justice, but in the name of financial enrichment.
We want to teach everybody what steps they can take to safeguard themselves from becoming yet another victim.
